This group generally meets on the last Monday of each month to discuss all things related to developing applications that deploy to the Flash Platform. This includes, but not limited to, Flash, Flex, Adobe AIR, Breeze, Actionscript, FlashPaper, Captivate, Robohelp, Flash Remoting, Flash Communications Server, Flash Lite, RIA’s, Open Source Flash, Data Services, etc.

Using jQuery when Flash is Overkill by Manoj Patel
Sometimes Flash can be overkill for simple animations. Manoj will show us how to use jQuery instead of Flash for some simple animations.
