John Bailey
John Bailey is a Senior Web Developer at Rockfish Interactive, a full-service interactive marketing agency located in Dallas, Tx. John has been developing with the Flash Platform since 2001 and programming with various web and desktop technologies prior to 2000. He is fascinated with and passionate about the philosophies of programming, software architecture, and specifics centered on team collaboration and efficiency.
Jonathan Campos has been specifically building web applications since 2000 using a variety of tools and languages for many different clients. The technologies include: PHP, MYSQL, POSTGRES, Flash, Flex, AIR, Actionscript, Javascript, and Ruby. Jonathan is currently a Principal Architect at Miller and Associates in Dallas Texas and Co-Owner of UnitedMindset with friend Dimi Arhontidis. Jonathan leads various development teams and advises for multiple companies around the world along with being an active trainer in Flex development.

Time to kick off another big year for the Dallas Flex Community!
This year we are going to make some key requested changes to try to grow the Flex Community, starting with Connect recordings of each presentation.
This month we will be having a presentation on the newly 1.0 FlexPMD along with looking at Best Practices when it comes to Asset Management in Flex.
