Developer Challenging and creative position performing design, development and maintenance tasks associated with an Enterprise level HRIS system including database driven Strategic Planning, Human Resources, and other database driven Internet applications. This position involves the implementation and development of cutting-edge, browser-based, web applications as a member of a Development Team. Developers will report directly to a Lead Developer and be a key participant in the fast growth of Chief People Officer.  This opportunity has the potential to develop into a top level position for the right individual.

Chief People Officer is a fast growing company providing Human Capital Management Systems (HCMS) to innovative companies looking to streamline and improve execution throughout their organizations. The Human Capital Management System provides a comprehensive, flexible and customizable end-to-end employee life-cycle management tool. An easy to use, single point solution that reduces errors, variation and waste while increasing visibility, accountability and savings across the organization.

Responsibilities include working directly under a Lead Developer to develop and augment modules of the company's existing product.  The person applying for this position should be able to build simple applications from scratch as well as troubleshoot and modify existing code.

High-end database driven Internet programming, design, and troubleshooting skills are critical for this position, which requires a minimum of 2 years of advanced programming experience in *any* language.

1 to 3 years experience working with SQL 2000/2005 (experience with equivalent products may be considered).  SQL 2008 a plus

CF, ASP, PHP, XML, Flash, DHTML, JavaScript a plus

STRONG KNOWLEDGE OF DATABASE CONCEPTS A MUST  

Flash, PhotoShop and other design/ UI skills will be taken into strong consideration as well.

A 4-year computer related degree is preferred, but not required.
