Title
IndyFlex UG meeting 02/23/10 - Andrew Westberg

Entry

Indy's own Andrew Westberg will be our guest speaker on Feb. 23rd at 6:30pm.  Many of you have expressed an interest in learning more about Degrafa, an open source, declarative graphics framework that is is compatible with Flex 2 and 3.  Degrafa will be the focus of Andrew's presentation.  He is giving another presentation at 360|Flex San Jose in March, titled How to talk “Satellite” – Throwing GPS data at Flex which he may also touch upon if time permits, especially as it pertains to Degrafa.  This is a great chance to hear from a national calibre speaker on Flex.

Andrew Westberg is the president of Swift Mako Software, Inc. He consults full time for Simplified Logic working primarily on the Nitro-LM software licensing and encryption product. He enjoys going hiking with the family and riding his rip-stik at the skate park. Andrew has a BS in Computer Science from Western Illinois University.

Our meeting location is once again on the second floor of ITT Tech Institute on the north side of Indianapolis, at 9511 Angola Court, Indianapolis 46268. (View a map)  When you get there, park anywhere and go to the second floor and locate the room marked Theory 7.  There should be signs posted to help you find it.  Kudos to Tracy Grimes for offering us the space on an ongoing basis.

See you Tuesday night at 6:30!
