Jonathan Campos has been specifically building web applications since 2000 using a variety of tools and languages for many different clients. The technologies include: PHP, MYSQL, POSTGRES, Flash, Flex, AIR, Actionscript, Javascript, and Ruby. Jonathan is currently the Director of Software Development at Dedo Interactive Inc. in Dallas Texas and Co-Owner of UnitedMindset with friend Dimi Arhontidis. Jonathan leads various development teams and advises for multiple companies around the world along with being an active trainer in Flex development.

Often called “the practical programmer”, Jonathan’s blog is focused at RIA development and techniques honed and perfected specifically for RIA development – though that doesn’t stop something cool from popping up from time to time.

Agenda

When developing in large and enterprise application development environments you often need to automate the development process or integrate with other continuous development systems. During this D-Flex meeting we will go over how to integrate your application development with continuous integration systems via ANT. We will also discuss how to add automated tests, flexunit tests, and reporting on your Actionscript code.

We're also going to leave the floor open for show and tell / open floor time. Any discussion points that may want to be brought up are appreciated at this time. Feel free to bring in something you've done that you want to promote.

Here is some help for those first timers.

Here is a map link for UTD: http://www.utdallas.edu/map/ You will notice in the bottom right the building marked "SOM". That is the School of Management (also shown in the legend).

You can park in Lots J, Q, or M (around the building) as long as you park in a "Green" or "White" space. The curb and bumpers at the school are painted the colors. This information the parking officer will also give you when you head on campus through the main entrance - through University, shown at the bottom of the map.

Once in the SOM (there are no time restrictions on the doors) there are signs and directions to the different numbered classrooms from any entrance, at that point it should be very easy.

Parking instructions/map are an excellent idea! You should Include those in the event description every time!
