Synopsis: You may or may not have heard about Creative Commons (CC). In this 20-mins talk, Ivan (aka RamblingLibrarian.blogspot.com) will share: what CC is and isn’t; what it means to “adopt a CC license”; how to search for CC-licensed materials; implications to creators when they license their works as CC. The talk aims to raise awareness of what CC is about (and how it relates to Copyright in general) as well as to allow creators to decide how and why CC might be relevant to what they wish to achieve.
