Required Experience

Flex Architects:

- 6+ year of experience in core development out of which the candidate should have at least 2+ years of experience in working with Flex.

Sr. Flex Developer:

- 3+ year of experience in core development out of which the candidate should have at least 2+ years of experience in working with Flex.

Flex Developer:

- 1+ years of experience in working with Flex.

Required Skills

Flex Architects:

- Strong knowledge on Object Oriented Programing Concepts.
- Strong Knowledge in Actionscript 3.0, MXML.
- Experience in working with any kind of architectural framework like PureMVC/Cairngorm/MATE/Robotlegs.
- Good understanding of Design Patterns.
- Should have core developement experience on server-side technologies like Java/ASP.NET/PHP.
- Any prior experience in working with games will be an added advantage.

Sr. Flex Developer:

- Strong knowledge on Object Oriented Programing Concepts.
- Strong Knowledge in Actionscript 3.0, MXML.
- Experience in working with any kind of architectural framework like PureMVC/Cairngorm/MATE/Robotlegs.
- Developement experience on server-side technologies like Java/ASP.NET/PHP will be a bonus.
- Any prior experience in working with games will be an added advantage.

Flex Developer:
