We are a fast-growing provider of video streaming services located in the Western suburbs of Chicago, IL.  We are urgently seeking a talented Flex Developer for a full time, permanent position.
 
Responsibilities include:
Maintain, further develop our desktop application (Flex – Adobe Air)
Maintain, further develop our desktop background service (Visual Basic .NET)
Create web-based video viewers and chat clients (Flex, Adobe Flash)
Manage our back-end administrative website (PHP, MySQL)
 
Pluses Include:
Streaming video experience
Adobe Air desktop applications
Amazon Web Services
Flash Media Server or Wowza Media Server
Networking experience
Javascript and popular JavaScript frameworks
Web development, XML, and graphic design experience
 
Position Requirements
3+ years experience with Adobe Flex and Air
Experience in developing web applications and understanding of web architecture
