Job Description

The primary responsibility of a senior interactive developer is programming, debugging, and deploying high-end flash-based applications and websites. Additional responsibilities include prototyping new ideas & technologies (iOS, Augmented Reality, etc.), mentoring junior/mid-level developers, estimating project development timing, and developing and providing the team with working prototypes of advanced interface functionalities to expedite overall project development.

Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in Flash/RIA application and site development, preferably with a marketing or advertising background. Must be an Expert in ActionScript 3.0 class-based OOP. Ability to work both independently and as a team member in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and organizational skills needed.

 

Salary: $80-90K range

Required Experience

5+ years of Flash Development, AS 3.0, Photoshop, Illustrator, MS Office, FlashDevelop OR Flash Builder IDE

Desired Experience

Previous Lead/Management expereince a bonus

Required Skills

Object-Oriented Programming, Flash, AS 3.0, Version Control experience with SVN/CVS/etc., Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, etc. OR equivalent experience.
