Required Experience

at least 3-5 years experience in front-end development (advanced CSS/HTML)
at least 3-5 years specific experience on Flash development
Knowledge of AS 3.0 as well as AS 2.0
Knowledge of OOP including design patterns
Knowledge of XML (the ability to integrate external data via XML or remoting)
Experience with Adobe AIR would be a plus factor as well as proficiency in Photoshop or any other image-editing tool
