Speakers

Jonathan Campos has been specifically building web applications since 2000 using a variety of tools and languages for many different clients. Jonathan is currently the Director of Software Development at Dedo Interactive Inc. in Dallas Texas and Co-Owner of UnitedMindset with friend Dimi Arhontidis. Jonathan leads various development teams and advises for multiple companies around the world along with being an active trainer in Flex development.

Everyone,

This month we I will be presenting on an often requested topic: Events and the Flash Event Model. While people "understand" events and how they work they often don't understand all that can be done with events and how events work at lower levels. Come with your questions as we go through the Flash Event Model.

Once on UTD:
Here is a map link for UTD: http://www.utdallas.edu/map/ You will notice in the bottom right the building marked "SOM". That is the School of Management (also shown in the legend).

Make sure to enter the school via "University Drive" on Campbell Road. From this main drive you will get to the courtesy officer and be able to get a parking pass.

You can park in Lots J, Q, or M (around the building) as long as you park in a "Green" or "White" space. The curb and bumpers at the school are painted the colors. This information the parking officer will also give you when you head on campus through the main entrance - through University, shown at the bottom of the map.

Once in the SOM (there are no time restrictions on the doors) there are signs and directions to the different numbered classrooms from any entrance, at that point it should be very easy.
