Job Description

strong skills in application development using ActionScript 2 and 3, XML and experience using Flash video/streaming video

experience with AS3.0 and Web Services is an advantage

working experience with data binding/integrating flash with databases

working experience with flash related technologies like Flex, Remoting, and Air

ability to work with, motivate & manage other developers & designers to implement scalable Flash solutions, and deliver them on-time & budget

develop documented code that is reusable, extensible, and optimized to perform well

skilled in object-oriented programming and applying design patterns for more elegant code solutions

strong understanding of Flash accessibility & SEO issues and how to design for maximum accessibility

good written and oral English communication skills.
