Group member Nick Nacca brought to my attention an event he's hosting at his studio, and I thought I'd let you all know about it.

Photographer/Director Stewart Cohen captures the spirit of the people he photographs. He is continually on the move, with recent projects taking him to shoot an integrated media campaign in Hong Kong, a Global Warming summit with world leaders in the Arctic, and a pilot for a TV series called 25/7 in Los Angeles. The energy and good humor he brings to assignments is evident in his final product. 

Stewart Cohen will discuss the journey he took in transitioning to a Director/DP as well as the challenges facing still photographers wanting to make the jump today. It will be an engaging conversation that will open ones eyes to the opportunities that exist.
