Acoustic Echo cancellation, how ?

How can we achieve acoustic echo cancellation using getEnhancedMicrophone() method ? What changes do i need to make or libraries i need to include in my Flash CS5 or Flash Builder to use getEnhancedMedia ? Please help. THanks.
