Hi Everyone, we're up to the last month of the year which means it is time for our Holiday Giveaway meeting.

Starting off the meeting, I will be demonstrating a few photo restoration techniques - dealing with things like torn or folded images, getting rid of dust and scratches, etc.

Following that up, Dan Winkowski will be showing everyone a great technique for dealing with over and under exposed images in Photoshop.

After a break I'll begin part 1 in a three part serious about the mysterious gradient mesh tool in Illustrator - this month will be the basics for anyone totally baffled by the tool leading into an eventual demonstration in part 3 of how to make that photo-realistic artwork you see other people making with it.

Finishing things up for the evening, we will be giving away a slew of prizes including books, DVDs, shirts (and other swag), along with a grand prize of Creative Suite Design Premium CS 5.5... For those who have brought snacks or drinks into previous meetings this year, be sure and see me at the beginning of the meeting to claim your extra tickets for the drawing!

Anyway a good topic.
