With budgets getting tighter... and less people on the Adobe Community Team... We need to have Camp Organizer be "MORE ORGANIZED" on how they are running their camps, how much money they are asking for.

The spreadsheet attached was sent to me from a very organized Adobe Camp User Group Manager... 

I want to share this document with other folks considering holding a camp and use it as a framework to submit your costs to the Adobe Community Team... The More information we have and the more organizer you are as a camp organizer, the more likely the camp will get funded.  

Also, the Camp needs to be alignment with the Adobe Corporate Goals for the current year in terms of geographic location and camp session content.
