Title
Microphone use in conference rooms with DCO
Content
Anyone have any experience using microphone(s) in conference room(s) for DCO? We'd like to provide more of our users the opportunity to speak, not just the Host or Presenter. If you have experience with this, good or bad, I'd be glad to hear!

I have personally used the Phoenix Duet Executive with decent results, and I think it cost me under $200 when I bought it several years ago: http://www.phnxaudio.com/products/duet/details/3-duet/7-duet-1.html It also has the ability to daisy-chain other Duet units to it for larger conference rooms where you need to distribute the microphones. I also took a look at connectusers.com because I recall this topic coming up there. Here's a thread on it: http://www.connectusers.com/forums/cucbb/viewtopic.php?id=2761 It looks like a user has positive things to say about their experiences with a couple Yamaha products like http://www.yamaha.co.jp/english/product/projectphone/products/50usb/ . Anybody else have any personal experience on this topic that could help out? |
