Dialog panels and menus

I'm currently using Photoshop CS5.1 with Lion. When I go to dialog panels such as Save to Web and Devices or Lens Flare, the panel colors are too dark to view and adjust the options. See attached pdf. I've tried making adjustments to the Interface options, but it doesn't help. How can I change the panel color to gray or another color?
