RECAP OF 10 APRIL MEETING (substantial details can be found in the recording): * DCO Social at DISA Partnership Conference: Join us for a DCO Stakeholder Happy Hour: Tuesday, May 8, 5pm ET to 8pm ET, Jackson’s Bistro (Tampa, Florida); contact akeating@adobe.com for more information * PMO and MSP DCO presentation at DISA Conference (with plenty of time for feedback from you!): Wednesday, May 9, 4pm ET; further details in the DISA Partner Conference agenda * Roadmap/timeline update: CAC into Connect rooms (NIPR) and Connect 8.2 updates are both on currently hold due to portal instability issues that need to be resolved before new enhancements can be added to the system. MSP, GISMC, and PMO are currently working to resolve issues (see recording for further details). SIPR staging environment has been finished Telephony vendor has been selected by PMO: MSP will work with vendor on integration with DCO CAC-enabled DCO Chat Client: MSP currently working with Cisco to obtain CAC-enabled client (probably by summer, then testing & IA will be conducted) Active-active architecture: progress is moving forward (please see recording for additional details) * System utilization metric update Refer to demo in recording * Connect 8.2 upgrade comms plan update Communication plan moving forward; many items have been completed New Flash Player and Connect Add-in have been posted to portal for users to download On-demand trainings and new user guides for the DCO portal are in final review (see recording for a sneak preview) * Telephony integration UI demo Refer to demo in recording * New resources: Check http://www.carahsoft.com/dco/upgrade/ for Connect 8.2 and technical documents. Resources on how to host a large, Town Hall-type meeting through DCO can be found on the User Group **http://dco.groups.adobe.com/group/1123 * Facebook contest: Go to www.facebook.com/DefenseConnectOnline; through the month of April, post pictures of you/ your org using DCO with a short blurb about how it’s being used (keep images unclassified). Winners will be announced in May & will receive a prize! *The DCO Helpdesk phone number: Phone number will be taken off the DCO main page for password resets. Users will be able to reset passwords directly using their CAC or by sending an email to the Helpdesk. Helpdesk phone number will still be available under the "Contact Support" link.
