Next AE group meeting date suggestions, take your pick....and MORE.

Hey everyone, Izzy here.   It's that time again!
Before I mention 2 cool things to look forward to at the next meeting, and by cool I mean totaly sweet,  what do you folks think of the following 2 date suggestions for our next user group meeting?

Thursday Evening May 28th  -OR-  Saturday afternoon/evening May 30th?

NOTE: I suggested a Saturday for a number of reasons:

• Free Parking
• Better chance to get a bigger, better room at AI.
• Event can be earlier in the day, so we can all meet for drinks/dinner after without worrying about work the next day.
• Members "might" be more awake and eager to participate.
• Weekends are cool, weekdays suck.
• 6 words: magic show petting zoo balloon animals.

Ok, that last line might be wrong, I'll have to follow up on that one.

Anyway, now for the cool news:

So far, both Toolfarm.com AND Imagineer Systems are giving us full-version software and training dvd packages to give-away as door prizes for the next 2 meetings.

Toolfarm.com is allowing us to give away:

• Next Meeting: One After Effects Expressions Training dvd bundle.
• 3rd Meeting: One copy of the new Professional Keying with Keylight dvd training.

Imagineer Systems is happily giving away 1 full-version seat of Mocha for AEv2 per-meeting!!

Michele Y. at Toolfarm.com also said they will pimp our meeting on thier blog a few nights before our next meeting, so thats pretty sweet as well.

Anyhoo, PLEASE comment on this post BY THIS SUNDAY EVENING as to which day would be better for all of you, and we will go with the most popular date.
