How to deal with the issue of JRUN Closed Connection

Is there any hotfixes available to fix "jrun closed connection issue"?
My server OS is windows 2003 with SP1, Is there any compatibility issue between JRUN 4.0 and SP1?
What may be the most possible reasons of recurring "JRUN Close Connection" issue? Is there any possible way to overcome this?
