Prepare to be impressed! The big payoff with Dreamweaver CS6 is vastly improved help designing adaptive layouts for multiple sized screens. But that is just the beginning of how it will make you speed to your destination.
We will view segments of James Williamson's Lynda.com presentation on Dreamweaver CS6 New Features. Then we will slip in portions of what Adobe Evangelist, Greg Rewis, shared on the subject in a Connect session with about 100 Adobe user group manager while it was still secret.

In this short session, you will see how to punch up your audio. Using some of the simple tools in your multi-track audio editor, you will see some of the steps to correct your captured sound or vocal track. Also, you will see how to add music to your event video or podcast.
Our group's Co-Manager, Ivan Taylor, has a passion for great audio and will make this presentation. There will be demonstrations of post production noise reduction, ducking your music and how to get a full sound from a mono audio track.
Finally, it will all come together when we "mix it down" for the final track to add to your video or podcast.
Ivan Taylor is the owner of The Creative Edge which focuses on video editing, presentation coaching and web design.
This presentation will be enriched by your contributions to the discussion. Ivan asks that you please share your experiences with the group.
Something on a project you are working on have you stumped? Ask the group if they have any suggestions or information that might help. Also, if you'd like constructive input on one of your projects, bring it to show.
Mike McGready, Creative Director and Owner of Album of Life video studios, will lead a discussion of what we've seen or heard related to new items or technologies which may impact our futures either personally or professionally.
We have been giving away an Adobe Software Bundle every six months (winner's choice: $2,100 one-item limit)! Our scheme was that you earned points (tickets) at each meeting toward the raffles held during our April and October meetings. We just gave away a software bundle at our April meeting. We are awaiting instructions from Adobe whether this program will be adjusted for the next raffle period which starts for them July 1st. We expect it to be the same or similar so start earning points at the May meeting. Raffle tickets are not for sale, they must be earned (see the Raffle Rules). Must attend a minimum of 2 WebVid meetings during the raffle period to be eligible for the drawing.
We've arranged for parking passes to be handed out in the drop-off area near the main entrance to the building. Please drive through and be handed your pass before you park. If you arrive after 7:00 PM, park in the visitor area, near the main entrance, and pick up your parking pass in our meeting room (#132). Then re-park after hanging your pass on your vehicle's mirror.
Come early (6:30PM) to enjoy snacks, networking, and your favorite "viral" videos.
