Front-End developer

RED Interactive Agency is looking for a passionate Front-End Web Developer to join the ranks of other like-minded pixel pushers. Great skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and cross browser implementations.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience and knowledge about the cool stuff in HTML5 and CSS3, and how to gracefully degrade.

JavaScript framework experience, preferably jQuery. But you know your way around the DOM, AJAX, and JSON regardless.

Proficiency and familiarity with CSS/JavaScript frameworks and utilities such as HTML5 Boilerplate, jQuery, Modernizr, Firebug, JSLint, minification, and others.

Knowledge of optimizing CSS/JavaScript performance, by coding practices and tools.

Knowledge and/or use of SASS and preferably the Compass framework.

Experience in a version control system like SVN or Git.

Passion and follow through for their work. 

Excited and curious about learning new technology, as well as the sharing of ideas. 

Exceptional collaboration, listening, written, and verbal communication. 

Able to own individual projects as well as the ability to work within a team.

Portfolio, GitHub (or other open-source account), list of published works.

True specialization in any specific area of HTML5 (Canvas, WebGL, etc).

Responsive web design from mobile to HD.

Experience with Django.
