Job Description

Our client is looking for a Flash and Actionscript Developer to join their Professional Services team. The Professional Services team is in the middle of signing a deal with Harrah's Entertainment to do enhancements and modifications to the Beverage on Demand product that is currently installed at Harrah's. This person will be responsible for Flash and Actionscript development (about 4 years experience needed), bug fixes, enhancements, QA, deployment, onsite and offsite troubleshooting, and more. This person will be responsible for the full life cycle of projects that are scheduled with Harrah's while working with the rest of the Prof Svcs and Engineering teams for support.

Additional Job Info:

EVP: Ability to stay current with technology (currently on Flash 7.0 and Actionscript 2.0 but are moving to more current versions once this contract signs), ability to work on a newly started team that will be growing and responsible for a lot of highly visible projects and could present great career opportunities and resume building projects, long term contract for stable gaming company.

Required Skills

This person needs to have:

• Around 4 years Flash Development experience
• 2-4 years Actionscript experience  
• SDLC experience

Soft skills musts:

• Customer facing and professional as they will be interacting with clients a lot and need to be able to be customer oriented
• Be able to adapt to different team environments as they will be working with different teams and at their clients sites that will have a lot of experience in the current environments
• Ability to travel 10-30% nationwide to different client sites.
