how to implement upload functionality in flex application. Comments 5

Hi Guys,

Can anybody help out me how to implement the upload functionality in flex.I am implementing my application using BlazeDS services (Flex and java) for remote object connection.Please give me an idea,if you have done before this functionality.

Hi Guys,

I am venu,I am working on flex since from one year.I had an issue with cursor focus on to ComboBox.I can able to make highlight the ComboBox when i don't select the item in the combolist using drawFocus() method.But i can't select the item using up arrow and down arrow in the list of combobox.if i use the setFocus() method i can able to do the item selection in the combobox but it won't highlights the ComboBox.Even if i tried with to method and tried no use.Please give me the solution for this.My requirement is highlight the ComboBox and also i can able to select one of the item from the combo box using UpArrow and DownArrow when i left the ComboBox without select one of the item from it.Please give me the solution for this problem.

Hi,

I had a Customized datagrid for checkbox itemrender.The main theme is here i needs to display dynamical data along with checkboxes.The main problem is here.If i am giving arraycollection which contains strings i can able to display in the datagrid.If i am giving the arraycollection which contains the object it is not working.Also no error showing over there.I given datafield values of the datagrid is same as what i declared variable names in the object.Can anybody clarify this issue.

Populate a flex combo box with a java arrayList

Hi, i am a java programer and newbie to flex, can anyone help me out though a code example how to display a java array list in to flex comb box

for example:

My java arraylist as follows

List li=new ArrayList();

li.add("MGR");

li.add("STRB");

Now in my servlet class i write out.println(li);

Iam accessign the servlet through <HttpService> tag in flex mxml

My question is how to display this list in the flex combo box, i tried using the dataprovider but yet the list doesnt get populated,

can some one help me with code, how to first call the java list in the script.as file, and then how to populate the same in to the combo box
