Need space for Jun 24th Flex/CF Tour

Hiya Houston Adobe Users Group!

Adobe is having a Flex / Coldfusion tour for the new released in these products and it will be in Houston on Jun 24. We are looking for space to host this event.

Ideally, here is what we could use
100+ people
Free to use (or really cheap - we have a small budget which we are hoping to use for food / prizes)
Free parking
No security or other access issues
A/C stays on in the evenings

My company needs to hire a full time flex developer. Does anybody have any contacts they can give me in order to help find some one. We really don't want to have to outsource. I'd rather my money stay in the states, but we do need somebody ASAP. Thanks for the help.
