Speakers: Matthew Would Agenda: Join this presentation on the huge developments in Dreamweaver CS4, which have elevated it once again to a must-have integrated tool for Web design and Development. Once upon a time, everyone used Dreamweaver. Then, when dynamic sites began to reign supreme, the developers jumped ship. Now, Designers and Developers alike are returning to Dreamweaver as word spreads that it can really accelerate the design and compliant coding workflow. The event is at Keyline Graphics in Morningside, Durban. The Google maps link, above, doesn't work well. Click here instead: Map We will discuss Dreamweaver CS4 features such the CSS best practices, related files toolbar, code navigator, and topics including standards-compliance, accessibility and usability. As this is the first Durban AUG, we'll also be discussing the direction of future meetings, so make sure you come along if you're free to be a part of the birth of something great! Matt is an Adobe Certified Expert, training consultant and print, web & 3D freelancer. He works with and trains the whole Adobe CS4 suite, but has a soft spot for the Flash Platform.
Agenda: In this meeting I'd like to discuss the future direction of DAUG and find out what you Durbanites want from it. I'll be talking about the numerous benefits available to Adobe User Group members. We will hopefully also have a speaker apart from myself. I'd like to arrange someone to talk about any current interesting projects they are working on. Get in contact if you'd like to speak. We'll also be placing all attendees into a raffle for Adobe software package of their choice. This will be given away in time for Xmas, so make sure you join the group and let me know you'd like to attend! RSVP to Matt here: aug_dbn@aug.co.za Keywords: DAUG, AUGSA, October, Durban, South Africa
Speakers: This meeting had been rescheduled to February 2010 due to Durbanites meeting deadlines for the summer holidays. In this meeting we'll be looking at how the benefits have advanced since the last meeting, and working out details of the book review club. We'll definitely have a speaker other than myself this time, it was great to see that some of the attendees in the October meet are going to get involved. Get in contact if you'd like to speak. We'll also be placing all attendees into a raffle for Adobe software package of their choice. This will be given away in time for Xmas, so make sure you join the group and let me know you'd like to attend! I'll add more details here as the date draws closer.
