Bernard May is President of National Positions, listed 112 on the Inc 500 list. National Positions is an Internet Marketing company headquartered in Agoura Hills, CA. The company has over 400 employees around the world and specializes in Search Engine Optimization, Pay Per Click Advertising and Conversion Optimization. Bernard has more than 20 years’ experience in Marketing and Advertising in the high tech industry. Before founding National Positions in early 2004, Bernard served as Vice President Marketing at First Advantage Corp (NASDAQ: FADV), where he led the marketing team. Over the last 20 years, Serena Ehrlich has worked closely with public and private companies providing guidance on investor and public relation trends. Serena has implemented local, national and international social media campaigns for a wide range of brands including Kraft, Scion, Kohl's, Avon, Mattel and more. Serena started her career in advertising where she developed an understanding of branding from a large scale perspective, but it was her 14 years in the newswire industry that placed her squarely at the forefront of a technical, sociological and influential revolution changing the face of customer communications. In 1994, Serena was part of a small team who introduced the communications industry to the internet via a series of first-ever conferences, Her love of technology based communications hasn’t stopped since. Currently, Serena participates in and oversees the creation and implementation of strategies designed to meet a wide-range of customer goals, from brand awareness to customer appreciation and service, to driving potential new fans into the marketing funnel. A full-time web developer and graphic designer, Anissa is an Adobe Certified Dreamweaver (CS5 / CS3 / 8 / MX / 2004) Expert and Developer, holding Master Level Certifications in HTML and Dreamweaver. She has contributed to several training materials on web development and Dreamweaver. Anissa has received awards for her work on high-end e-commerce, consumer, entertainment, community service and education sites.
She has taught web/graphic design and development at California State University Dominguez Hills since 1995, and is the developer of their accredited, CEU-based Web Design certificate program. She also has been an active teaching assistant and/or guest speaker for Adobe MAX, the Connecting Women to Power Business Conference, and Los Angeles Web Professionals Group.
Anissa is a Google Apps for Education administrator, and is currently completing study to become a Certified Google Teacher.

Janine Warner is an author, journalist, and partner in the Internet consulting firm Artesian Media, Inc. Her best-selling books and videos on web design have won her an international following and earned her speaking and consulting engagements around the world. Since 1996, she has authored more than a dozen books about the Internet, including her latest, Web Sites Do-It-Yoursef For Dummies and the best-selling Dreamweaver For Dummies (now in its 8th edition). She's also the host of a series of Web design videos for Total Training. Highlights of her videos are featured on both the Microsoft and Adobe web sites. She’s also the creator of www.DigitalFamily.com, which offers many free tutorials in web design, as well as information about her books and videos. An award-winning journalist, her articles and columns have appeared in a variety of publications, including The Miami Herald, Shape Magazine, and the Pulitzer Prize-winning Point Reyes Light newspaper. She is also a regular columnist for Layers Magazine. Janine has been a part-time faculty member at both the University of Miami and the University of Southern California Annenberg School for Communication. She has also developed online training programs for the Western Knight Center, a joint project of USC and UC Berkeley funded by the Knight Foundation. From 1994 to 1998, she ran Visiontec Communications, a Web design business in Northern California, where she worked for a diverse group of clients including Levi Strauss & Co., AirTouch International, Beth’s Desserts, and many other small and medium-size businesses. In 1998, she joined The Miami Herald as their Online Managing Editor. A year later, she was promoted to Director of New Media and managed a team of designers, programmers, journalists, and marketing staff who produced the Web sites for The Miami Herald, El Nuevo Herald, and Miami.com. She left that position to serve as Director of Latin American Operations for CNET Networks, an international technology media company. Since 2001, Janine has run her own business as a writer, speaker, and consultant. She is a popular speaker at conferences and events throughout the United States, and her fluency in Spanish has led to many speaking engagements in Latin America and Spain. She served as a judge for the Arroba de Oro Latin American Internet awards from 2001 to 2005. As part of that project, she helped to create an Internet literacy program for students in Central America called Operación Red (Operation Network). Janine earned a degree in journalism and Spanish from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and spent the first several years of her career in Northern California as a reporter and editor where she began her career as a reporter for the Pulitzer Prize-winning Point Reyes Light newspaper in 1990. She was also managing editor of Vision Latina, a bilingual (Spanish-English) newspaper in Northern California until she turned her attention to the Interent in 1994.
