Speaker Bio: Anissa Thompson
A full-time web developer and graphic designer, Anissa is an Adobe Certified Dreamweaver (CS5 / CS3 / 8 / MX / 2004) Expert and Developer, holding Master Level Certifications in HTML and Dreamweaver. She has contributed to several training materials on web development and Dreamweaver. Anissa has received awards for her work on high-end e-commerce, consumer, entertainment, community service and education sites.
She has taught web/graphic design and development at California State University Dominguez Hills since 1995, and is the developer of their accredited, CEU-based Web Design certificate program. She also has been an active teaching assistant and/or guest speaker for Adobe MAX, the Connecting Women to Power Business Conference, and Los Angeles Web Professionals Group.
Anissa is a Google Apps for Education administrator, and is currently completing study to become a Certified Google Teacher.

Rick Miller is a Senior Solutions Engineer for Education at Adobe Systems where he helps Adobe’s education customers find the solutions they need to enhance the pedagogical experiences of their students.
Before working at Adobe Systems, Rick taught Photoshop/Digital Imaging at the prestigious Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, CA, and Digital Design at Cal Poly Pomona University, so he's cognizant of the unique challenges that face educators. Rick is an Adobe Certified Expert in Photoshop, Lightroom, and Acrobat Connect.
Additionally, Rick is an expert in color management. Moreover, Rick is a professional photographer who is certified on the Leaf and Phase One digital backs, and trains users on the Hasselblad digital back. Rick continues to consult with Law Enforcement agencies in the Forensic application of Photoshop.

Teaching at the university level for over 20 years in the fields of fine art, life drawing, oil and acrylic on canvas, and papermaking, at Parsons College in NYC and at UCLA, Chana turned her attention to advanced computer graphics and digital imaging, for which she has now been teaching some 15 years at UCLA, Otis College of Art & Design, California State University, and Santa Monica College.Chana is the lead instructor for the UCLA Visual Arts Department, conducting specialized seminars on top of ongoing courses. Similarly, she is the lead instructor for Walt Disney Imagineering, Walt Disney Consumer Products and Walt Disney AnimationChana is an Adobe Certified Expert, and provides specialized training in Adobe Photoshop & Photoshop Lightroom, Adobe Elements, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign and Adobe Acrobat, as well as Corel Painter, Microsoft Power Point, and Apple Keynote.Chana is part of the Adobe Professional Freelance Team, Adobe Partners, Adobe Community Professional and an Adobe User Group Manager. As such she has been invited to present at Adobe events at Mac World and AIGA and other events in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Portland, Tel Aviv, and others.
