February Meeting - Organization and Workflow RSVP Kevin Tostado is the founder of Tostie Productions, a local film and video production company. While in his senior year at Olin College of Engineering outside of Boston, he co-wrote and directed a full-length independent feature, Yellow Lights. This movie took home awards for “Best Feature” and “Best Cinematography” from Indie Fest USA 2007 as well as Telly and DV Awards. Most recently, Kevin produced and directed "Under the Boardwalk: The MONOPOLY Story," which has played theatrically around the country and won the Audience Award for Best Documentary at the Anaheim Intl. Film Festival in 2010, and will be released on Amazon & iTunes on Valentine's Day. Order you copy today!

May Meeting RSVP Rob Brambila Director of Technology ProMAX Systems Rob began his work in the entertainment industry as an audio engineer. By the time he was 22 he had worked on multiple major label projects and found himself working in some of the largest and well known studios in the world. His quest for knowledge led by natural progression to the world of video and before long he was working for trailer houses and video game companies in almost every position from A/V engineering to technical consultant. He has worked on many projects ranging from documentaries to video games. Now as the Director of Technology for ProMAX Systems, Rob oversees all aspects of the technical operations within the organization, from testing and certifying new products, to ensuring interoperability of products from multiple manufacturers.

July Meeting - NewBlueFX Product Demo RSVP Travis White heads product management for the NewBlueFX business unit, which develops tools for video professionals. With more than 13 years in video, imaging, and 3D applications experience, Travis has a rich knowledge of the market as a whole and the users it serves. Throughout his career, he has launched more than 30 new products in the capacities of product management and product design. Before crossing over to product development, Travis worked in Hollywood as a post-production editor.
