Developers can now communicate directly to the GPU, allowing access to powerful new techniques, graphics effects, and performance increases. This talk will show you how to harness the power of Stage3D to create cross-platform hardware-accelerated 2D games.
We’ll go over some of the challenges faced when transitioning to stage3D game development and show how you can take full advantage of the latest tools and frameworks such as Starling, StarlingPunk, Adobe Scout, tile set editors, and Texture Packer.
