Issue with cfimage

Hey guys I am trying to us a cfc from Flex. I have had no issues at all calling other cfc function for getting data from the database however I am having an issue with calling a function that is going to do some image resizing for me.

The error says faultDetail="Ensure that the destination directory exists and that Coldfusion has permission to write to the given path or file. cause : java.io.FileNotFoundException: /Applications/ColdFusion8/wwwroot/freeatlast/images/mostwanted/Photo 1.jpg (No such file or directory)"]

I am 100% sure that this directory path exists I and I tried setting the correct permisions on the directory as well.

Please see my source code and let me know if I am missing something.
