Coldfusion Backup

I was curious if anyone knows if backing up Coldfusion to a flat file is possible?  Not the web files but the Coldfusion state, database mappings, etc.  Thanks!

This is a call for help similar to what the ring around the <cfform> eariler. Question: How do I change the background color in this flash form. I have place the code below. Can anyone help?

I have a little code that works but it leaves about an 8pt. frame around the flash form. At work the frame was not there so it worked fine but when I got it at home using the same code it produced this white frame. Take a look and tell me what you think. All you need to do is to create two pages; one .css page with just the code below and one .cfm page with the code below.

Does anyone have a request or suggestion for our next "Intro to CF" topic?  This is about a 15 minute review and demo of a tag, function, or coding practice that you think could be useful but haven't had the time to try it out.

Any ideas?  Post them!
