Adobe Suite on X64 Operating System 3

Upon upgrading my operating system from Windows Vista Home Basic to Windows Vista Ultimate X64, I didn’t notice anything at first. No trying to use some of the additional functionality of what you can do with Bridge and Photoshop to create web galleries and other useful tools. I keep getting an error when Photoshop opens up. The error states <unknown> function. I’ve contacted Adobe but with little help, I’ve followed there troubleshooting track with no success. So, thinking something got messed upon installation, I reinstalled the entire suite.

Photoshop "Pattern file bad or corrupted" 3

I'm new to photoshop, well adobe products in general. I just installed CS4 and after about a week of getting comfortable with it and installing a few extensions.  I get an error on start up saying "Pattern file bad or corrupted". This does not effect the use of photoshop, but is annoying.

Does anyone know what it is and how to fix the problem?
