James graduated with a degree in graphic design from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee in 2003. After beginning his career designing catalogs and collateral, he started working as a freelance designer for C2 Graphics Productivity Solutions. Soon he was promoted to full-time instructor/designer and subsequently became a Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+), Adobe Certified Design Specialist, Adobe Certified Expert and Instructor (Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, InCopy), and Quark Recognized Instructor. In addition to teaching, he is a contributor at InDesignSecrets.com. James has spoken at a variety of conferences, including the InDesign Secrets Print & Electronic Publishing Conference, AIGA, and multiple InDesign user group meetings.

James Conway!    As lead instructor and co-owner of C2, Jim spends his days concepting new courses, honing class curricula and mentoring C2's contract and full-time instructors. He also spends time in the classroom, dropping some knowledge on Wisconsin's savviest creatives. And if he's not at the office, you'll find him behind a camera because photography   is his second passion.

Michael Labriola  From Digital Primates * Senior Consultant * Adobe Community Expert - Flex * Adobe Certified Trainer - Flex * Flex Developer Champion Michael has been developing Internet applications since 1995 and has been working with Flex since its 1.0 beta program. He specializes in developing applications with high business impact using emerging technologies. Michael co-authored Adobe Flex 3: Training from the Source and Breaking Out of the Web Browser with Adobe AIR, and has also published a series of articles on Adobe’s Developer Center teaching others to integrate Flex client and server technologies. As a frequent speaker on Flex topics and contributor to Flex mailing lists, he is known throughout the developer community. Michael also speaks Spanish, Italian, and pretends to speak more Japanese than he actually knows.

Kevin Stohlmeyer is an Adobe Certified Instructor, User Group Manager, and Adobe Community Professional based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Lead developer for ADS quoting units.

n  Auto Quote – Arguably the most complex unit in ADS.

n  Commercial Auto Quote – rewrote significant portions to improve performance.

n  Private Passenger Commercial Auto Quote – wrote entire unit.

n  Boat Quote – wrote entire unit.

n  Commercial Umbrella Quote

n  Rewrote ADS marketing SQL queries for more efficient use.
