Flex Developers/Sr Developers/Solution Achitects Required

We are a Mumbai based elearning organization.
LearningMate is a leading provider of elearning services to some of the world's biggest publishers.
We work extensively on elearning products, games and RIAs.
We are looking for programmers with experience in ActionScript 3.0 to work to Adobe technologies including Flash, Flex, Air etc.
As of now we have all positions open i.e Developer, Sr Developer, Tech Lead and Solution Architect.

Essential Skills:
-Flex Framework (mx.*)
-Experience on AS3 only flex projects
-ASUnit and FlexUnit based unit testing
-UIComponent lifecycle, architecture and development including:
-Event handling and different event phases
-Skinning support and programmatic skin management
-Validation and invalidation cycles for various components
-Various performance enhancement techniques used in the component framework.
-Display list management
-External Interface usage
-String Manipulation including regular expressions

In addittion to the above list it would help if a candidate has exposure in the following:
 
Additional Skills:
Basic understanding of Pure MVC multi-core framework. (AS3)
