Job Description:
- Gathering and analyzing customer’s requirements.
- Researching similar products, brainstorming with colleagues to come up with ideas and design concepts that fit the client's needs.
- Establishing the purpose of the website based upon its target audience.
- Giving guidance on layout, colors and styles that will be used all over the site.
Required Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in Fine arts, Computer Science or equivalent discipline.
- Creative flair, imagination, originality and a strong visual sense.
- Confidences, to present, explain and sell ideas to clients and colleagues.
- Being adaptable and able to pick up new techniques.
- Having a unique talent in illustrations or photography or typography or a similar related talent.
- Well-versed in color composition and color schemes.
- Graphics software’s skills.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Flash
- Sketching/illustrating skills
- Writing skills is a plus

Job Description:
- Understanding business needs processes and engineering requirements/restrictions.
- Developing UI architecture and designs that serve our diverse users.
- Develop and implement UI Interfaces for e-solutions, and develop prototypes.
- Creating high quality documents that communicate clearly and translate business processes into user-friendly flows.
- Defining Information Flow, Navigational Structure and visual components of processes and applications.
Required Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, fine/applied Arts or equivalent discipline.
- Deep knowledge of web technologies, such as JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, and CSS.
- Deep understanding of and expertise in UI standards and design best practices.
- Experience with XHTML, XML, XSL and XSLT.
- Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Rich Internet Application (RIA) technology experience (Ajax, Flex, later XAML) is an asset.
- Basic understanding of Adobe Flash.
- Familiarity of PHP, Perl, Linux is a plus.
