We are very confident that we will realize the full potential of the project of which proceeds shall be approximately USD $3 million. Because this role is integral to the success of the venture, the role will be rewarded accordingly. We shall pay the successful candidate 15% of the net proceeds of the business. The successful candidate will not receive any other payments.<br /><br />You will create and be responsible for the High-end ActionScript and client-side development for our consumer facing social media application.<br /><br />REQUIREMENTS<br /><br />&bull; Solid high level Flash development experience and Flash application development experience<br />&bull; Expertise with data exchange (XML, dynamic content)<br />&bull; Expert design integration experience and GUI development skills<br />&bull; Creative technical problem solver<br />&bull; Understanding of social media and their respective API's including Facebook, MySpace and Twitter<br />&bull; ActionScript v2, (v3 preferred)<br />&bull; Enterprise level deployment experience desirable<br />&bull; Knowledge of GoF Design Patterns<br />&bull; Experience with Java and JSP are a big plus<br />&bull; Video development experience highly desirable<br />&bull; Experience with AJAX and CSS highly desirable<br />&bull; You MUST reside/live/have offices with close proximity to Manhattan, NYC as briefing meetings and project milestone meetings will take place in person.<br /><br />APPLICATION PROCESS<br /><br />There will be two rounds of interviews and potential candidates will be required to sign binding Non-Disclosure and Non-Compete Agreements.<br /><br />Please submit your CV outlining relevant experience plus links/URL's to samples of your work or your portfolio.
