By the time he was 22 he had worked on multiple major label projects and found himself working in some of the largest and well known studios in the world. His quest for knowledge led by natural progression to the world of video and before long he was working for trailer houses and video game companies in almost every position from A/V engineering to technical consultant. He has worked on many projects ranging from documentaries to video games. Now as the Director of Technology for ProMAX Systems, Rob oversees all aspects of the technical operations within the organization, from testing and certifying new products, to ensuring interoperability of products from multiple manufacturers.</p> </p><p><b>Agenda</b></p><p> <p>For this meeting we'll be talking all about hardware. The fine folks from ProMax will be on hand to show talk to us about building a system for editing, and showing talking to us about their latest systems.</p> <p>We'll also talk briefly about After Effects CS6.</p> <p>This month is our bi-annual Creative Suite raffle, so someone will win a copy of CS6. Remember, the CS raffle is open to members of the group who've attended at least one prior meeting.</p> <p>We'll also have some other cool stuff to raffle off.</p> <p>If you've worked on a short project you'd like to share with the group, let me know...you can get an extra raffle ticket if you share your work.
