I have sent Heather directions on how to join Adobe User Groups and find their way to JAM.  It contains links to all the variouis pages with graphics showing the buttons and our logo.  The trickiest part I think is when people get to the JAM website that they click the 'Join this Group' button.

    Andy,

A lot of people had difficulty with JOINing Yahoo! Groups.  Personally I had no problem as I'm part of several Yahoo! Groups.  I think people find the process intimidating because they have to create and Yahoo! E-mail account and if you wan tthe e-mail to go to another account you have to dig into and edit your settings and than you have to have a a verification message sent and click the link and blah, blah, blah.

Now that Adobe has changed their User Group area and it includes a discussion board this might work out however, this discussion group only sends you a notification if you have checked the box below when someone has commented on a post and I think only the people on this particular discussion will be sent a notification... at least I think that's how this one works.

[NOTE: Andy, John and Andrew will be receiving a notification.  No one else in the user group will.  I wonder if there is a way for someone to e-mail everyone in the user group?]
