    Right now I'm an employee of the Ohio State University moonlighting as a freelance web/AS3 developer.

    At Ohio State, I work in the media streaming group and was in charge of creating the workflow for flash streaming, I helped organize the university's large collection of podcasts and I do a variety of videography and production work.

    As a freelance developer, I work on projects for local clients. I write flawless HTML and CSS, use JavaScript like a champ, wield PHP and MySQL like precision instruments and have a lot of fun with ActionScript 3. I work with a partner, who can do the most amazing stuff you've ever seen in Photoshop and has an intuitive sense for user interface.

    We are waiting on that One Big Project that'll let us quit our day jobs and get started doing freelance development work full-time.

    <p>I am fascinated by Information Design. The sheer volume of data out there for the taking is mind-blowing, and equally impressive is the fact that as human beings we're capable of reaching out and making sense of it.</p>
    <p>I do this because to me there's nothing more interesting than defining, shaping and controlling some portion of information. I know that's a bit nerdy, but I have a real passion for my work and love nothing more than a complex, challenging problem in organizing and presenting information.</p>
