I have 25 years of experience as a user assistance and eLearning professional in the software industry. I now provide consulting and training on Adobe products such as Captivate, Presenter, and RoboHelp.I have a B.Sc. in Electronic Engineering and a Post-Graduate Certificate of Education from Bristol University in the UK. I am an Adobe Certified Instructor and an Adobe Community Professional for RoboHelp. I am also a part-time lecturer at Portsmouth University for the MA Technical Communication course. I have been a winner of the prestigious Horace Hockley award that is presented annually by the Institute of Scientific and Technical Communicators (ISTC).I have been a popular speaker at conferences and training events throughout the world since 1997, and has covered a diverse range of topics from context-sensitive Help to the Spice Girls! I also publish frequent articles and reviews on user assistance tools and technology.
