<p>Hi, I’m Ram and I work with HCL Technologies in UxD group. I am a Techie speciated in Rich Internet Application development and Desktop application development. My skills include a wide variety of standards in web technology, such as: Flash, ActionScript, Flex, Haxe, JavaScript, XML, CSS, OpenSource Databses, FMS, Remoting and AIR for Desktop apps.Have exposure to frameworks such as Caringorm, PureMVC.</p><p>am Trying to lend hand in open sources projects from very recently!</p><p>Wanted to gather all Delhi/NCR based Flash/Flex bees together with this group to share, discuss & conduct meetings on Flash & Flex Technologies.</p><p>The views expressed are my own and not necessarily those of my company - HCL or Adobe and its affiliates. <p>I've always been motivated by the desire to do a good job at whatever position I'm in. I want to excel and to be successful in my job, both for my own personal satisfaction and for my employer.</p><p>I was responsible for several projects where I directed development teams and implemented repeatable processes. The teams achieved 100% on-time delivery of software products. I was motivated both by the challenge of finishing the projects ahead of schedule and by managing the teams that achieved our goals.</p>
