<p>From User Groups, to Macromedia Tech Support, now Adobe. Job role is unusual... basically hang out online, answer questions if I can, and escalate internally if I cannot. These days I'm less a product specialist, more a generalist across the Adobe publishing platforms. And yes, there's always more to learn.... ;-)</p>
