<p class="''">I have been with Aureus Group since 2006, after graduating from Creighton University with a BSBA in Human Resources and Spanish. As an IT Recruiter I work with Account Managers and Recruiters in overall hiring procedures including sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates; reference verification; and matching candidates with job opportunities. In 2007 I earned the designation of Certified Personnel Consultant, and I will be finished with my Master's degree in Management in November 2009. I currently serve as Vice President of Membership for a local Toastmaster's group and will soon assume the position of Co-Chair for HRAM's Workforce Readiness Committee.
