Hello everyone,

My name is Nathan and I am a Breckenridge real estate developer / online enthusiast. I began off making a couple of internet companies. Afterwards selling/merging a few of them I actually wanted to try my deal in realty investing: specifically flipping (and restorations).

I made my own Colorado real estate company, out of  Breckenridge, . So far I have acquired 4 places away from foreclosure. Two of them are finished (we are rental until commercialese can make some sort of bound). We're even so processing the other 2.
