Another suggestion is to learn how to setup a live video feed using flash action script and/or whatever other adobe software is necessary. Then we could broadcast the next meeting.

(that last one may take a while to load but I have always wanted to know how to place objects in 3d space and navigate them like that site. I used to know better examples of the style but I can't remember them)

I think it is amazing how fast the photos jump from one to the next once they load and I really like the style used to slide through the photos. I would like to learn that.
