Scott Janousek is the founder and Technical Director of Hooken Mobile; a company based in Boston focused on creating and delivering unique and compelling consumer experiences across mobile, handheld, and other non-PC devices.

With over ten experiences of previous Web and Software Engineering expertise, Scott’s current passion lies with mobile and wireless development. Currently, he is a Nokia Forum Champion, Qualcomm Authorized BREW developer, Adobe Community Expert for Mobile and Devices, as well as a regarded Flash Lite subject material expert.

Mr. Janousek is a co-author on Foundation Flash Applications for Mobile Devices (www.flashmobilebook.com), contributor to numerous Adobe Devnet articles, and is an Adobe certified Professional and Training Instructor for Flash Lite, as well as other mobile technologies from Adobe.

Some of Scott’s numerous community efforts include being a lead reviewer for Frame 27 (Flash Mobile games) and creator of www.mobiledevjobs.org.  He also co-manages and helps lead the Boston Adobe Mobile and Devices user group (www.flashmobilegroup.org). Scott is a faithful attendee and supporter of the local Boston Flash Platform user group and Mobile Monday Boston meetings.

When he has a chance, Scott speaks and evangelizes locally and internationally at various user groups, new media institutes, and conferences about Flash across devices; as well as other cutting edge mobile and wireless topics.
