Ruby Pena is currently employed as an EMarketing Specialist. Ruby received her Web Design Certification from the Pennsylvania College of Art & Design in 2002 and an Associates Degree in Web Development from Harrisburg Area Community College in 2006. Ruby is an enthusiastic user of the Adobe CS4 Master Suite. She also conducts usability analysis with the help of Google Analytics, HBX Web Analytics, Omniture, surveys, and focus groups. She currently specializes in Email Marketing. In her spare time, Ruby enjoys spending time with her wonderful husband and her American Pit Bull Terriers, Boston and Jack. She also manages the South Central PA Adobe User Group and enjoys exploring new technologies. She can often be found watching tutorials online.
