Born and raised in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, in 1998 I decided i had to move somewhere in the pacific shoreline of the US, between California and Washington State, so I chose to Move to Newport, Oregon. In 2004 I decided I had enough fresh sea air and was time to head back to a big city and moved to the Portland Metro area. I finally settled in Vancouver in 2007.

Early 2007 I discovered Meetup and a started organizing a Photoshop group to help enhance the knowledge of the local community. This has been a very rewarding experience that I plan on continuing for as long as I can.
